Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Customers (Cabs up to 10 Seaters)

• Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup time: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before pickup time: 75% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time: 50% refund.
• No-show without cancellation: No refund.

2. Cancellations by Customers (12+ Seater Vehicles)

• Cancellations made 7 days before pickup time: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 5 to 7 days before pickup time: 75% refund.
• Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before pickup time: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before pickup time: No refund.

3. Cancellations by RN Travels Karwar

• If RN Travels Karwar cancels a booking due to vehicle unavailability or unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a 100% refund.

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days to the original payment method.
